9 Shiloh Students Earn All-Region Band Honors

Congratulations to several members in the Shiloh Band!

The band just finished with All-Region tryouts and our students did very well.  All-Region is an individual competition where students practice music and scales and try out against other students from the Springdale, Fayetteville and surrounding area schools.

Nine students earned a spot in the bands (and one alternate) out of 12 total students who tried out.

High school:

• Matt and Emily Matlock (who both also scored high enough to try out for All-State)
• Colton Eldridge
• Esther Atkinson
• Sarah Ashley Bryant
• Sierra Bicak

Junior High:

• Josh Lin (who placed first band, first chair)
• JoJo Sandefur
• Tyler Tollett
• Sean Sutton (first alternat).
