Dr. Keith McDaniel

Superintendent

Dr. Keith McDaniel serves as Superintendent of Shiloh Christian School, providing visionary leadership while advancing the school’s mission of developing godly leaders who are academically prepared, athletically developed, leadership trained, servant-minded, and equipped to impact the world for Christ. His passion for Christian education, commitment to academic excellence, and heart for students have helped strengthen Shiloh’s tradition of excellence while preparing the school for the future.

Since joining Shiloh Christian School in 2013, Dr. McDaniel has had the privilege of leading a thriving school community of more than 1,700 students in PreK through 12th grade and over 200 dedicated faculty and staff. He believes that exceptional Christian education is built upon strong relationships, a culture of servant leadership, and an unwavering commitment to developing students spiritually, academically, athletically, and in the arts.

Dr. McDaniel holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Arkansas Tech University, a Master of Science in Educational Leadership, an Educational Specialist degree from Arkansas State University, and a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Liberty University, where his doctoral research focused on mathematical self-concept. Committed to lifelong learning, he also completed the Higher Education Teaching Certificate Program through Harvard University and the Executive Leadership Programme at the University of Oxford.

In addition to his role serving as Superintendent of Shiloh Christian School he is currently serving in his 19th year in the military. He served thirteen years in the United States Army where he operated as a Blackhawk Helicopter Pilot and recently transferred to the United States Air Force where he serves as a MQ-9 Reaper Pilot. During his military tenure, he has received numerous awards and decorations to include a Combat Air Medal for his service in the Battle of Mosul, Iraq. 

Above all, Dr. McDaniel is passionate about investing in students, equipping educators, and partnering with families to cultivate a Christ-centered community where every student is challenged to pursue excellence and discover God’s purpose for their lives.

Dr. McDaniel and his wife, Lauren, who serves as Assistant Director of Admissions at Shiloh Christian School, are the proud parents of two children, Selah and Asher, who also attend Shiloh.

Brett Unger

Secondary Principal

Mr. Unger received his bachelor's degree from Abilene Christian University in Abilene, Texas and his master's degree in Educational Leadership from Arkansas Tech University. He previously served 18 years with Springdale Schools, where he has taught, coached, and been an administrator. Mr. Unger last served as the assistant principal at Har-Ber High School, but also served as an administrator at Sonora Middle School and ALE at Lakeside Jr. High. In addition, Mr. Unger has served as a teacher and coach at Hellstern Middle School, Springdale High School, and Har-Ber High School. Brett and his wife Jodi, of 20 years, have four Shiloh Saints - Micah, London, Brooks, and Blake.  

Evans Baggs

Middle School Principal

Evans holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgia Southern University in Sports Management and a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from Gateway Seminary. He is also currently in the process of obtaining his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Arkansas. Evans spent over ten years serving as a pastor, teacher, mentor and leader within churches in San Francisco, CA and Wilmington, NC. At Shiloh, Evans taught 8^th grade Bible for three years, where he also led our annual 8^thgrade retreat. Evans has led GME trips to Peru & Nicaragua, served within our S.A.L.T program and is the Head Coach for our Golf team. Evans and his wife Natalie (Shiloh class of 2000), have two children, Elliot (12) in 7^th grade and Nathan (9) in 4th grade.

Sara Brown

Elementary School Principal

Sara Brown brings a wealth of experience in Christian education, curriculum development, and instructional leadership to Shiloh Christian School. She began her career as a fourth-grade teacher at Little Rock Christian Academy before serving for 11 years in the Benton School District as a fourth-grade teacher, instructional facilitator, and assistant principal. Most recently, she served as a literacy coach for Bentonville Schools, partnering with teachers to strengthen instruction and student achievement.

A native of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Sara earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in the Art of Teaching from the University of Arkansas. She later completed her Education Specialist degree in Building Administration at the University of Central Arkansas.

Sara is passionate about fostering Christ-centered learning environments where students are known, challenged, and encouraged to reach their God-given potential. She believes strong partnerships between school and home are essential in developing both academic excellence and Christ-like character.

Sara and her husband, Guy, have been married for 11 years and are the proud parents of two children, Claire and Owen. Their family is excited to be part of the Shiloh community and looks forward to all God has in store in the years ahead.

Alicia Brown

Director of Admissions/Public Relations

Alicia Brown serves as the Director of Admissions, Marketing, and Communications at Shiloh Christian School, where she is passionate about helping families discover all that makes Shiloh a special place. Since joining the school in 2013, she has played an integral role in welcoming new families, sharing the Shiloh story, and strengthening connections across the school community. She joined Shiloh's Leadership Team in 2018 and continues to provide strategic leadership in advancing the school's mission and vision.

Alicia earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from John Brown University. She oversees admissions, marketing, communications, public relations, the school's website, social media, and family engagement, while working to ensure every interaction reflects the heart and mission of Shiloh Christian School.

In addition to her administrative leadership, Alicia has a deep passion for developing student leaders. She oversees Shiloh's Secondary Leadership Programs, including Student Council, Chick-fil-A Leader Academy, S.A.L.T., and Secondary Student Experience trips. She enjoys mentoring students as they grow in confidence, servant leadership, and Christ-like character while preparing to make a meaningful impact in their communities and beyond.

Alicia and her husband, Nathan, have been married for 22 years and are active members of Cross Church. They are the proud parents of four children. Their oldest son, Will, is a 2022 Shiloh graduate, is married to Bella, and serves in the United States Navy. Their oldest daughter, Kate, graduated from Shiloh in 2023 and serves in ministry alongside her husband Wade. Their younger son Eli graduated in 2026 and is an apprentice at a local electric company, and their youngest Liv is a proud Saint who continues the family's Shiloh tradition.

Tucker Barnard

Athletic Director

Coach Tucker Barnard brings a wealth of experience with 28 years in coaching and 16 years as an athletic administrator. A proud graduate of Oklahoma State University, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology. From 2004 to 2011, Coach Barnard was the Defensive Coordinator and Assistant Head Coach at Shiloh, where he helped the program to five consecutive Arkansas state championship game appearances, winning four state titles. In 2011, he took the helm as Head Coach and Athletic Director at Stillwater High School, Oklahoma. Coach Barnard and his staff built a powerhouse in Stillwater. In his last five seasons there, his teams posted an outstanding 55–6 record, with an average scoreline of 46–16, culminating in the 6A‑II State Championship in 2022 in addition to two State Runners-Up finishes.Now in his 3rd season as the head coach at Shiloh, Coach Barnard’s teams have continued their winning ways, reaching the state championship game in each of his first two seasons and winning the 2026 6A State Championship.  Off the field, Coach Barnard and his wife McKale are proud parents to three children: Carter, a football coach at Missouri State University; Tate, a junior at Shiloh; and Charlie, a sophomore at Shiloh.

Michelle Young

Lead Assistant Elementary Principal

Michelle Young graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education. Soon after, she earned her Master's degree and became certified as a K-12 Reading Specialist. She received a K-12 endorsement in English as a Second Language from John Brown University and a K-12 Dyslexia Therapist endorsement from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Michelle has spent the past 26 years, for the most part, working with teachers and students focused on learning and literacy development. Michelle and her husband, Jeff, will celebrate their 33rd wedding anniversary this year. They enjoy spending time with their adult children—son Jay, daughter Rachel, and Rachel's husband, J.T.—all of whom reside in northwest Arkansas.
