Leadership

Leadership starts with everyday opportunities to serve others, demonstrate kindness, and model Christ-like character.

Elementary students practice leadership in their classrooms, chapel, and school community while learning responsibility, teamwork, and servant leadership.

Our Fourth Grade Leadership Team provides students with their first formal leadership opportunity. Fourth graders help welcome guests, assist with school events, serve younger students, and model positive character for their peers as they prepare for the transition to middle school.
 

The Middle School House System provides every student with meaningful opportunities to lead, serve, and belong.

Beginning in fifth grade, students are placed into one of six Houses where they build authentic relationships, participate in service projects, mentor younger students, and develop leadership through friendly competition and teamwork.

As students mature, leadership responsibilities grow, helping them discover their God-given identity while learning to lead with integrity, humility, and courage.

 

 

Leadership becomes increasingly intentional throughout the secondary years as students discover their passions and put their faith into action.

Students have opportunities to lead in the classroom, on athletic teams, in the arts, through student organizations, and in service to both the school and the community.

Service & Leadership Team (SALT)

Available to students in grades 8–10, SALT develops emerging leaders through monthly leadership training, mentorship, and community service projects. Students explore topics such as influence, relationships, time management, and servant leadership while learning to make a positive impact both on campus and throughout Northwest Arkansas.

Chick-fil-A Leader Academy (CLA)

Selected 11th-grade students participate in Chick-fil-A Leader Academy, a nationally recognized leadership program focused on servant leadership and community impact. Throughout the year, students complete leadership labs before planning and leading a large-scale community Impact Project that puts leadership into action.

Junior Student Council

Junior Student Council provides students with opportunities to serve their classmates while developing organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Members help plan and host campus traditions including the Fall Carnival and the Junior/Senior Banquet, creating memorable experiences that strengthen the Shiloh community.

Senior Student Council

Senior Student Council serves as the capstone leadership experience for many students. Throughout their senior year, members participate in intentional leadership curriculum while serving the student body through mentorship, campus events, and school traditions. As the senior class leaders, they leave a lasting legacy by modeling servant leadership and investing in the students who will follow them.
