I am grateful for our students, our parents, our staff, and for the opportunity to serve Him!
Chapel - We studied the end of Jehoshaphat's life. He finished well. Students who finish well now have already won a great battle in life. We used the check box as our example. I love to check items off my list. I encouraged all the students to make a "yes" and "no" check box each day this coming week. Assess your day. Did you finish well? I hope they can check off each day as finishing strong.
Mission Projects - World Hunger "Lunch BOX" Offering will be October 16th in chapel. Please encourage your student to give up something (drink, snack, etc.) to donate $1 at Chapel.
Upcoming Dates
- October 20th - Parent Teacher Conferences - I hope you will plan on visiting the classroom. The students have a special surprise. They brainstormed problems, planned a creative solution, and designed a way their cereal box could improve their life. I've been visiting classes and they have some GREAT ideas!
- October 28th - Junior Class Carnival in the SEC Gym from 5:30-7:30. (The time has changed!)
