At Shiloh we are truly blessed with a great staff of teachers. Each week our teachers pour their lives into the lives of your children. Periodically, we will be picking a member of our faculty to highlight in an effort for you to get to know them better.

We will start this week with a new member of our staff, Dr. Nick Gleason.

Favorite Teacher and Why: High school AP Chem teacher Mr. Daugherty for intriguing my interest in the sciences

Favorite Bible Story: Mark 8:22-26; Jesus heals the blind man at Bethsaida, but he did it in two attempts. Love the illustration that we have to be persistent in some things that don't always work out the first time, but we'll see fruit if we stay faithful.

Best Advice Someone Gave Me: You don't always have to outrun the bear, just the other guy who's running next to you.

Life Verse: John 3:30 "He must become greater, I must become less" (NIV)

Most people don't know this about me: Allergic to seafood, favorite band is Switchfoot (seen them 6 times live), despise onions, love comic-book movies, I severely misuse commas, everywhere.
