Charlie Solomon

Senior Vice President of a Poultry Business Unit for Tyson Foods

Charlie Solomon is currently the Senior Vice President of a Poultry Business Unit for Tyson Foods.  He and his wife Jaree have three sons, Matthew and his wife Emily, Wesley and Jacob.  Their two oldest sons graduated from Shiloh and their youngest son Jacob is currently a Sophomore.  Charlie and his family have been active members of Cross Church for 16 years.  He and his wife both teach small groups on Sundays at Cross Church Springdale campus.

Jimmy Mardis

Chief Compliance Officer for Denali Water Solutions Environmental

Jimmy Mardis received his Bachelor of Science degree in Astronautical Engineering (U.S. Air Force Academy) and his Master's degree in Environmental Engineering (University of Arkansas.). Mr. Mardis was a pilot in the U.S. Air Force for seven years, and he was the Director of Environmental Engineering at Tyson Foods for 26 years.  He is currently the Chief Compliance Officer for Denali Water Solutions Environmental.  He also serves as a board member for the Illinois Watershed Partnership, and as a Commissioner for the Arkansas - Oklahoma Arkansas River Compact Commission. He and his wife, Terri have two children who graduated from Shiloh; Tracy and Nathan.  They are long-time Shiloh soccer fans!

Vice President of Strategic Planning - Mergers and Acquisitions at J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc

Richie Henderson is a life-long resident of Northwest Arkansas and a 30+ year member of Cross Church - Springdale. He has worked for J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc. since 1995 and currently holds the title of Vice President. Strategic Planning - Mergers and Acquisitions.  He and his wife Lisa of 32 years have two daughters – Haley and Holiday. The youngest Holiday is a 7th grader at Shiloh Christian and Haley who is married to Nathaniel Bettcher, a worship minister at Cross Church – Fayetteville.  Richie has a business degree from the University of Arkansas Sam M. Walton College of Business and earned an MBA from the Donald G. Soderquist College of Business at John Brown University.  He also serves as a Board Member for Project R.E.D. Friday – a non-profit organization focused on recognition for military service members.

James Young

Food Production and Food Safety Consultant

James Young retired from Tyson Foods three years ago, after a 29-year career.  Since his retirement, James has used his experience in food production as well as food safety by consulting with a number of poultry companies and food safety companies around the world.  He and his wife Tammy have two grown children.  Justin, a 2010 graduate of Shiloh, is married to Kristen.  Katelyn, a 2015 graduate of Shiloh, is in her second year of teaching Kindergarten at Shiloh.  Mr. Young and his family have been active members of Cross Church and have been active supporters of Shiloh since 1999.  He currently attends Cross Church Fayetteville campus.

Jennifer Francis

Director of Preschool and Women's Ministries at Cross Church Fayetteville

Jennifer Francis serves as the Director of Preschool and Women’s Ministries at Cross Church in Fayetteville, Arkansas, where she has been on staff for 7 years.  She graduated from Ouachita Baptist University in 2007, and she earned her bachelor of arts degree in Christian Studies.  Jennifer has been married to her husband Josh for 12 years. They have two children, Brody and Jillian Kate, who both attend Shiloh Christian School.  Josh and Jennifer have been active members of Cross Church for 12 years.

Jeff Dangeau

Associate General Counsel at Black Hills Energy

Jeff Dangeau is an attorney licensed in Arkansas with over 30 years of experience in energy, utility, corporate, and real estate law, and government relations. He currently serves as Associate General Counsel for Black Hills Energy and previously held various legal positions with Southwestern Energy Company and its subsidiaries.  Jeff and his wife, India, also own and operate Dangeau Properties, which owns and leases residential properties in Northwest Arkansas.  Jeff is an active member of Cross Church and serves as a site leader in the IMPACT ministry.  Jeff holds a BBA degree in Economics from the University of Central Arkansas and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arkansas.  He also serves on the board of directors of Amazon Ministries, International and The Reform Alliance, Inc. and is an active advocate for school choice.  Jeff and India have two children, Zach, who graduated from Shiloh in 2009, and Sarah, who will graduate from Shiloh in 2020.
