GET READY FOR ANOTHER AMAZING YEAR AT SHILOH CHRISTIAN SCHOOL!

 

We hope you are enjoying your summer! We want to provide you with helpful back-to-school information. This email is long but contains lots of information for you as a Shiloh student or parent!

 

CLASSROOM PLACEMENT/SCHEDULES:

 

Elementary students can expect class lists to be communicated by Monday, August 3.

Middle School students can expect to see class lists (5th grade) and schedules (6th-7th grade) by Monday, August 3.  If you have any questions about your 5th-7th grade class options, please contact jenniferf@shilohsaints.org. 

Secondary students can expect to view their schedules in FACTS by Monday, August 3. If you have any questions about your class options, please contact amandam@shilohsaints.org. 

 

BUS RIDER FORM - Action Needed! 

We want to make sure we have secured seats for our students going from Pinnacle Hills to Springdale and/or returning to Pinnacle Hills in the afternoon.  We will offer three/four buses in the fall and arrange students by grade/sibling relationships.  The bus picks up at 7:15am at Cross Church, Pinnacle Hills, and returns between 4:00 and 4:15pm. The cost for the bus is $400 per student per semester.  You will be billed in August and January, respectively, if you request a seat for your child(ren).  Please complete this form to confirm that you plan to use the bus service for the 26/27 school year. If you do not fill out this form, we cannot guarantee a seat for your student. Bus rider form can be accessed HERE! 

 

UPCOMING DATES TO NOTE:

 

SHILOH OFFICES CLOSED FOR SUMMER HOLIDAY - June 26 - July 3, 2026

All Shiloh offices will be closed from Friday, June 26, to Friday, July 3, for the summer holiday and will return to normal summer hours of Monday - Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Monday, July 6.

 

LAST SPLASH - July 24, 2026

We invite you to join us for one Last Splash of summer! This is an ALL-Shiloh Family event for PreK4 - 12th grade families. This year, we will gather on Friday, July 24, at the Rogers Aquatic Center at 1707 S 26th St in Rogers, from 7:30-9:30 pm for a fun time of swimming, sliding, diving, and fellowship.

 

BACK-TO-SCHOOL EXTRAVAGANZA - August 7, 2026

On Friday, August 7, we will have a Shiloh Back-to-School Extravaganza to kick off another amazing year. Students and parents will have the opportunity to hear a word from Shiloh’s Leadership Team, meet their teachers and classmates, drop off supplies, and familiarize themselves with new classrooms and hallways, purchase fan gear, and get connected with the Shiloh Family! 

 

Back to School Kickoff Meeting at 5:00pm - All Shiloh families, teachers, and students will come together in the Worship Center to worship together and hear a word from Shiloh’s Leadership Team about the exciting things to come this school year! 

 

Following our Back-to-School Kickoff Meeting, classrooms will be open from 6:00pm-8:00pm.

  • Elementary parents and students can meet their teacher and classmates, drop off supplies, and familiarize themselves with the Specials classrooms and teachers. 

  • Middle School teachers will be available in their classrooms to welcome parents and students to the Middle School spaces! Bulk classroom supplies can be dropped off in the Middle School Office!

  • Secondary teachers will be available in their classrooms for parents and students to walk through their schedules and talk with families. Bulk classroom supplies can be dropped off in the Secondary Champions Hall Office. 

 

Support staff will be available at the Elementary Office, Middle School Office, Secondary Champions Hall Office, and the Gym entrance to direct families where to go. 

 

Shiloh Spirit Gear Available from 6:00pm - 9:00pm

  • Purchase fan gear and All-Sports Passes (Adult, Student, Senior Adult) at the SEC Gym. (Cash, check, or card.)

 

Other Opportunities from 6:00-8:00pm

  • Purchase Elementary chapel shirts in the Elementary Office.

  • Learn how to connect at Shiloh, including new family opportunities and events like Connect4, Equipping the Saints, Shiloh Ambassadors, and H.O.S.T. in the SEC Gym Foyer.

 

Special Meeting Times to Note:

  •  6:00pm - Senior families will stay in the Worship Center to discuss key Senior information and events with Brett Unger, Melanie Michaelis, Lindsay Ramsey, Helen Peters, and Nathan Bodenstein.

 

1ST DAY OF CLASSES- August 11, 2026

All students will start school on Tuesday, August 11!

  • Secondary Families - School day 8:15am - 3:45pm - Staff will be available at the Secondary Entrance at Champions Hall and Gym Entrance doors to greet and direct students. Teachers will assist new students in each class with helpers to get them to their next class and lunch. Parents can use the Champions Hall Secondary Entrance or the Gym Entrance as a meeting place for after-school pickup. 

  • Middle School Families - School day 8:10am - 3:30pm - Staff will be available at the Middle School Office doors and Middle School Drop-Off Entrance doors to greet and direct students. Teachers will assist new students in their classes with helpers for the first few days. Parents can use the north parking lot outside the Middle School Office and the Middle School Drop-Off Entrance as a meeting place for after-school pickup. 

  • Elementary Families - School day 8:00am - 3:05pm - Staff will be available at the Elementary Drop Off Area at the Elementary Cafeteria doors and Elementary Office doors to greet and direct families. Additional carline/dismissal information will be communicated closer to the start of school.

 

BLUE/GOLD GAME - August 14, 2026

Shiloh’s Football teams, from Youth to Varsity, will be announced and will compete in scrimmages and competitions as we kick off the football season on Friday night, August 14. Fall sports, such as cheer, golf, tennis, cross-country, and volleyball, will also be recognized and introduced. Festivities will begin at 5:00pm. All-Sports Passes (Adult, Student, Senior Adult) and the Shiloh Spirit Store will be available for fan gear.

  

CONNECT4 - August 18-20, 2026

We will host a special morning for NEW Shiloh moms! It will be a fun morning of food, fellowship, and the inside scoop on all things Shiloh. Please refer to the dates and times below for the appropriate session. Moms can enter through the Gym Entrance doors or one of the main offices. Be looking for more information as these dates approach:

 

  • Elementary - August 18 @ 8:15 am (CMR)

  • Middle School - August 19 @ 8:15 am (CMR)

  • Secondary - August 20 @ 8:15 am (CMR)

NEW TO SHILOH?

We know that each student and the family they represent will bring unique talents to our Shiloh Family.  As your student prepares to begin school at Shiloh, our goal is to make this transition as smooth as possible. Our staff is available to answer any questions you may have, point you in the right direction on campus, or connect you with your new Shiloh Family.
