We were blessed with such a great week at Shiloh! Tomorrow begins the month of May and senior moms need to get the Kleenex boxes ready (not just for allergies)! We have about three weeks left of school then it is off to summer! Let's focus in and finish well!
This week I answer the last of the "Three Critical Questions" that every organization must be able to clearly define and communicate.
The three questions are:
1. Why do we exist?
2. What does success look like for us?
3. What do our actions demonstrate?
This week I focus on the third and final question of "What do our actions demonstrate?"
