Time to RE-ENROLL! There is no school tomorrow so take just a few minutes to get your re-enrollment done for your kiddos. The process is quick. I knocked mine out for two kids in about 7 minutes.

IT’S OFFICIALLY TIME TO RE-ENROLL!

Shiloh Christian School is growing and thriving, with a current enrollment of 1,710 students. We are blessed to have welcomed many new students into the Shiloh Family this year and to see a significant increase in inquiries for the upcoming 2026/2027 school year. If you plan on being part of another new and exciting year at Shiloh, we need you to prioritize re-enrollment!  

Make sure you RE-ENROLL today through March 1 to secure your spot for next year! Log in to your FACTS ParentsWeb portal TODAY to complete the re-enrollment process. We will begin notifying new applicants of available spots in mid-March.

Please take a moment to read our >>Parent Policies and Expectations<< and our rising 5th-12th grade >>Student Policies and Expectations<<. During re-enrollment, parents will be asked to verify that they have read and agree to the Parent Policies and Expectations, and that their rising 5th-12th grade students have read and agree to the Student Policies and Expectations.  If a family or student is unable or unwilling to agree to the Policies and Expectations, students will not be considered for re-enrollment for the 26/27 school year. 

Space will be extremely limited in every grade for the 2026/2027 school year. Make sure you RE-ENROLL by March 1st to secure YOUR SPOT for next year! We will begin contacting new students about available spots in mid-March.

To complete our online re-enrollment, you will use your existing parent login to access FACTS Parent Portal. 

  • Please go HERE on a COMPUTER. (It will not work on your phone or the mobile app.)

  • Select Parents from the menu bar at the top of the page and FACTS Family Portal from the menu.

  • Type in the district code SHL-AR, your username, and password.  If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the link provided under “Forgot Password.”

  • After logging in, click Apply/Enroll in the left column, then Enrollment/Re-enrollment.

  • Select Click here to open Enrollment. Our Online Enrollment system will open with a link to the enrollment packet. Select Start Enrollment Packet.

  • Please note: Select a payment plan under Tuition Payment Plans, click Go to Payment Plans. You should be redirected to the Payment Portal. 

    • Select Begin.

    • Select your Payment Plan.

    • Select Next.

    • Click to Accept Terms and Done. You should be redirected to the Re-Enrollment packet to finalize, review, and submit your $200 re-enrollment fee.  **If you have any issues selecting your Tuition Payment Plan or paying the enrollment fee, please contact Chrissy Avey at chrissya@crosschurch.com. 

The online process should take no more than 5 minutes to complete.  Your information will be saved if you need to quit and come back later. If the system shows "No Re-Enrollment Records Found," please email me at aliciab@shilohsaints.org. Thank you for doing your part to help us plan for another amazing year at Shiloh!
