Dr. McDaniel's Weekly Newsletter - January 26, 2025

As we wrap up the first month of the new year this week I hope that you have taken the time to pray, fast, and or reflect. As the new year really begins to ramp up I pray that you stay consistent with whatever God has put on your heart or a resolve that you may have started. This is the time when typically people will either let it go or stick to it. I pray you stick with it (whatever "it" is). I pray that deepening your faith and personal relationship with Jesus is one of them. I pray that consistent engagement and service in the local church is one of them, I pray that leading in your home and modeling your faith for your children is one of them. We are charged to be stewards while we are here on earth. How we steward this life is how we will be remembered by our peers, by our parents, by our children, and by our grandchildren. We are beginning the interview process tomorrow for positions we are adding within our middle school and elementary school! If you know of anyone trying to teach at Shiloh please tell them to get their resumes in quickly because my goal is to have Elementary hires done this week for the new positions we are adding and have middle school positions filled within two weeks or so. After that, we will begin to fill any additional vacancies or additions if or as they arise. 

(In a few weeks we will begin the process of looking to staff our new elementary cafeteria) Keep that in mind as you talk with people. It is a great job!

I am proud of the staff that we are amassing. Each year we truly get stronger and stronger. We are so blessed to have so many incredible teachers, coaches, and administrators who feel called to Kingdom Education and chase after the heart of Christ as they guide the hearts of our children. This place is special, don't miss it!
