Flu Clinic 2013

Springdale Campus flu clinic will be Tuesday, Oct 29th. Pinnacle Hills Campus will have flu clinic on Monday, October 28th. The consent forms will be sent home with the students this week and will need to be returned by Oct. 25th. Forms can also be accessed at http://www.shilohsaints.org/assets/PDF/2013-Flu-Vaccine.pdf .
