Shiloh's New Admissions Process

Shiloh Christian School is excited to announce and implement a new admissions process for prospective applicants that will take effect for the 25/26 school year and moving forward!

We are extremely thankful for the interest and growth we have experienced and look forward to serving many families in the coming years with the addition of new buildings and spaces. All NEW applicants (including families that are new to Shiloh as well as existing Shiloh families) will complete the new process for 25/26 admissions consideration! How does this affect students on our current waitlist?

Space was limited for the 24/25 school year, and the number of applicants far exceeded the space available in many of our grade levels, resulting in waitlists for most grades. As we transition from the previous application process to the new Admissions Approach and Process, currently waitlisted students will be given the opportunity to complete the admissions process with new applicants for the 25/26 school year. Admissions Timeline Quick Reference - Admissions for 25/26 School Year

  • September 10, 2024 - Discover Shiloh Available 9am and 2pm. (Optional)

  • October 22, 2024 - Discover Shiloh Available 9am, 2pm, and 5pm. (Optional- Registration Link Below)

  • November 1, 2024 - Application window opens at 8am.

  • November 15, 2024 - Application window closes at 8am.

  • December 1, 2024 - Required Supporting Documents/Reference Forms Due.

  • January 10, 2025 - Admissions Progress will be determined/communicated.

  •  January 15 - March 1, 2025 - Testing and Family Interview Window (Finalized Testing/Interview dates will be communicated when applicable).

  • March 15, 2025 - Admissions Wait Pool determined/communicated and Limited/Late Application window opens at 8am (If needed).

  • April 1, 2025 - Initial grade-level openings will be communicated and Limited /Late Application window closes at 8am (If needed).
